The Saturn Dealer called and the car should be ready around 1:30 this afternoon. If all goes as planned, we will leave Anchorage tomorrow and work our way back through Alaska towards the Canadian border. We will probably go to Sam's and WalMart (of course) first and stock up on food and anything else we may need for the trip through Canada. Canadian prices are much higher than U.S. prices. Prices here in Alaska are higher than we are used to at home, but still cheaper than Canada. That will give us a chance to drive the car for awhile to make sure everything is OK.
The other day Carolee's daughter Lisa told her that in all the pictures we looked short and dumpy and that we needed to do something about it. Well, we went on a quick, surefire diet plan that was guaranteed to work and look what happened to us!!!! This is Howard, me and Carolee. I personally think we looked better before so I plan to start eating again!! Tall, dark and skinny is just not me!! Teeheehee
